Conflict Management that Works

This is an interactive workshop that will give you the skills the manage conflict effectively.  During the session you will be guided by a professional who will help you alter the way you communicate so you can get your message across assertively.  You will also have time to network with other professionals.  Lunch is included.

Appreciative Parenting

Appreciative Parenting is about learning how to maintain a closer and trusting relationship with a child/adolescent.  Learn why the child/adolescent may be withdrawing when in conflict, don't show enough emotion, won’t open up to you and sometimes seems anxious.

This workshop will help you understand how to raise secure individuals and give you new skills to take with you so you can improve the way you communicate with them.  You will also be able to share your stories and learn from others at the session.

This workshop will suit parents, teachers, caregivers, carers and anybody else who has a person (up to the age of 16 years) in their care.
