We also help improve interpersonal relationships, meaning couples and any person you come into contact with. Therefore our work is to assist you in understanding the dynamics of how you interact with others, why, the impact it has on others and yourself, and how you can change to improve the relationships you have at work and with family and friends.
We analyse relationships as a transaction. This includes communicating in such away to confirm your beliefs or to avoid the fear of separation from the past, especially the ones you had with your caregivers when young, to become your true self. Through recognising these experiences you will determine if the transaction was positive or negative and have the skills to change them around.
Studies show that how you see the world and the self determines your interpersonal style and will mainly remain stable over time unless intervention occurs.
The mind is a powerful tool and so is your spirit. By encompassing both you will learn how to use them to your advantage and that your past is not a moment in time to regret but a challenge that once seen in a different perspective was an opportunity to help you grow.
You may feel that you are controlling or being controlled, but through our support and care you will learn that letting go of your current interpersonal style is not disempowering but will allow you to become more connected to yourself and others in a peaceful and loving way.
