Our counselling service provides a growth promoting environment with an accepting, warm and genuine attitude. During counselling sessions we can also teachMindfulness Communication for Couples Learn the art of mindfulness so you can appreciate your partner for who they are now rather than always considering their past. Work through your past experiences and embrace the present moment. You will also learn how mindfulness can improve your listenging skills, attention, and improve your ability to be considerate and respectful to one another.
